1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All items available for direct purchase on this website are digital products (eBooks in EPUB format). No physical items will be shipped to you.

2. DELIVERY

Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive a secure download link on the checkout page, as well as an email containing your receipt and the link to download your eBook.

3. MERCHANT OF RECORD

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They process the payments securely, handle the invoicing, and calculate all local taxes (VAT/Sales Tax) based on your location.

4. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, if you receive a corrupted file or experience any technical issues downloading your book, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All books, texts, and covers are the intellectual property of the author. Purchasing an eBook grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read the book. You may not distribute, share, or resell the files.
